Reinstalling a Printer

1. In your search bar please open Control Panel.

 


2. In the top right corner make sure the View by: is set to category, than click the green text Hardware and Sound.

3. Click Device Manager with the little shield.

4. Here you will see a lot of drivers for your device, you want to only look at Print Queues. Right click on the Photocopier you are having issues with and press uninstall device.

5. Confirm by pressing Uninstall.

  

6. Once uninstalled you can close the device manager and control panel. Look up a program called Run in your search menu.

7. This will pop up in the bottom left of your screen, put \\%siteprintserver%\ in the address bar and press Ok.

8. Find the printer you wish to install and press connect.
