Step 1: In the bottom left corner of your computer please search for setttings.
Step 2: Click Devices
Step 3: Click Printers& Scanners
Step 4: Click Add a Printer and wait for it to timeout, this will not find the printer but will give you an option to add a printer manually
Step 5: Once you see it come up with refresh, scroll down until you see the blue text "The printer that i want isn't listed" and click on it
Step 6: Choose the option add a printer using TCP/IP address.
Step 7: In IP Address put in 10.135.112.100 port name will automatically fill with the same address. Click Next.
