We are experiencing a new issue where users are unable to view their sent or received messages in the Webex app. Although the number of messages appears in the popup, clicking on it does not display any content.
Possible Solutions:
- Update the Webex App: Ensure that the app is up-to-date, as this may resolve the issue.
Download here -> Download the Webex desktop and mobile apps - Adjust Settings: Uncheck the "Compact Space" option in the app settings.
- Check Contact Visibility: The messages might be hidden by the person you're contacting.
- Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of the app and then logging back in to refresh your session.
